Conclusion:
Good second outing for the Turtle's franchise. The decision to pick up the story where the first episode left off creates a nice sense of continuity, and allows for greater development of the relationship between April and the Turtles. The introduction of Krang, and the mutation of Bebop and Rocksteady set up the character's appearances for the rest of the series. The actions scenes are well done as well as the Turtles sense of teamwork. Well done. Recommended.
